a specialized independent consulting Small Business Enterprise
(SBE) that was founded to provide business to business services
to A/E/C firms engaged in developing public infrastructure projects.
The purpose of the firm is to turn knowledge into value that enriches
and benefits our client’s pursuit of exceptional public infrastructure.
The knowledge to value transformation occurs through an aggregate
of engineering, management, and marketing services.

focuses on transportation planning, design, and construction solutions.
em2solutions provides value-added services in management, quality
assurance/quality control, corridor planning, contextual design,
environmental planning coordination, community involvement, and
project delivery.
em2solutions focuses on management solutions
that synchronize strategies with the tools necessary to advance from
a good to a great company. em2solutions provides value-added services
in strategic planning, business planning, leadership development,
organizational structure design, and client perception insights.
em2solutions focuses on marketing solutions that synchronize strategies
with the tools to achieve maximum success through sustainable competitive
advantages. em2 solutions provides value-added services in industry
and market analysis, marketing planning, and pursuit planning and
management.
The Principals
Michael Graham
Michael Graham is the founding principal,
who started em2solutions to provide an array of services to enable
A/E/C businesses to successfully deliver public infrastructure
for their clients and the communities they serve. He is a 1989
graduate from the San Diego State University College of Engineering.
Also, he received his Master of Business Administration degree
in 2004, from the San Diego State University Business School.
He
is an accomplished professional engineer (civil) and energetic
leader with a 20-year track record of providing quality products
and services and delivering superior customer satisfaction. His
experience spans both the public and private sectors: working in
the engineering organization at the City of San Diego, the nation’s
sixth largest municipality; and at DMJM and PB which are leaders
in the A/E/C meta-industry with over $1.5 billion in annual revenue.
Michael has a demonstrated ability to enable clients to optimize
their assets and deliver more cost effective infrastructure projects.
He possesses a comprehensive understanding of organizations, traditional
businesses disciplines, and a strategic context for decision-making
in both a local and global business perspective.
Terri Graham
Terri Funk Graham is the managing principal of em2solutions. She has been affiliated with the firm since 2012. Ms Graham earned an MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Business Administration focued on Marketing from San Diego State University. She continued here education with the Univesity of California at Berkeley's Executive Finanical Analysis Program.
She is a Senior Executive and agile change agent who directly influenced success, image, and growth of the $3B Jack in the Box brand for more than 20 years. Most recently, as the Chief Marketing Officer for ten years, she was a pioneer in innovative branding practices and acknowledged for strategic thinking, financial acumen and proven results. Her strategic vision and business expertise enabled her to effectively reinvent the Jack Brand multiple times. A skilled negotiator and accomplished communicator, she guided Executive Management, the Board of Directors, and Franchise Partners on strategic brand initiatives. Combining corporate objectives and effective execution with the highest degree of professional integrity and personal excellence are hallmarks of her career.
Having served on corporate, industry, and non-profit Boards of Directors, she understands and appreciates the distinction between oversight and management. Currently, she is a member of the Board of Directors of Hot Topic, Inc., the mall and web based specialty retailer of fashion forward trends operating the Hot Topic and Torrid concepts, and serves on its Compensation Committee. |
